I'm a gym owner, a nutrition coach and a dad that helps other people like me get focused on their health and fitness.

It's a system that removes the frustration so that you never revert back to the only thing that seemed to work 5,10,15 years ago...restrictive dieting.  

The fact is simple. And the researches backs this up...

Restrictive dieting and yo-yo dieting are what got me to be 225 pounds in the first place.  

It's like a giant wrecking ball.  

You diet, you restrict, you put yourself through hell and what does it do? It just gets that ball swinging. And when it starts swinging one way, you know what it has to do. It has to swing back. But on its way back its picked up steam and there's no slowing it down. You binge, you eat your kids snacks, you grab a six pack or a bottle of wine on the way home from a long day at work because you "deserve" it.

Next thing you know you can't stop the recking ball and you look in the mirror to see you've not only lost all your momentum but you've actually gained more weight than when you started!  

It's an awful feeling that we both know too well. 

And statistically thats what gets people. 90% of us put the weight back on PLUS some.
